ENTRANCE HALL

The impressive triple height glass panelled entrance hall has high quality stone floor finishes which are continued into the lift lobbies, complemented with bronze lift architraves and feature lighting.

Full height bespoke oak flush solid core doors, opening into the office accommodation from the lift and stair lobbies.

OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

The typical office floor plate is efficient and modern with two original circular columns providing character and feature to the space.

The generous ceiling heights on the lower floors are complemented by large arched windows. The original timber sashes have been fully refurbished, whilst bespoke handcrafted secondary internal timber windows faithfully follow the profile of the outer windows, to contribute to the energy efficiency and thermal performance credentials.

The arched window head is framed by a unique curved coffer with integrated lighting to ensure that the beauty of the original architecture is appreciated from both the interior and exterior.

WALLS AND COLUMNS

The walls and columns have been stripped back to the historic fabric and re-lined in an MF plaster system with skim coat finish and decorated with one mist coat and two full coats of vinyl emulsion paint.

FLOORS

Pan pedestal full raised access flooring is provided to each of the Grade A office floors. All office floors have a clear raised floor depth of circa 80mm.

CEILINGS

The imaginatively designed ceiling to each floor provides an attractive and functional installation, consisting of high quality powder coated metal suspended ceiling tiles with a modified micro perforated modular tile and concealed threadline grid.  

 

All ceilings have been laser levelled with painted plasterboard panels and margin details throughout, incorporated into the linear layout module. Innovative task and decorative lighting solutions have been integrated into the ceiling design.
