Rich Local History

Cannon Street itself has been considered the centre of London for around 3,000 years. Now lodged in the front facade of a commercial property on Cannon Street, the London Stone was originally a much larger rock, partially buried in the ground. Legend has it, although proof has not been forthcoming, that the Romans used the stone to mark the centre of London, and took all distance measurements to other towns from that point. The London Stone was located on the grounds of St Swithin’s Church, pulled down after bomb damage during the Second World War, although the churchyard remains.

Perfect Blend Of Classic And Modern Styles

The newly refurbished, contemporary Cannon Street office space is hidden away behind a Grade II listed classic facade. It’s Portland Stone frontage is complemented by a glass paneled triple height entrance hall, flooded with light. The interior office space has been renovated to a high standard and can be altered to accommodate the requirements of occupying clients.

Inside the modern design is complemented by the building’s architectural characteristics such as the arch-shaped windows, and original supporting columns.

There are four floors of office space available, each refurbished to the same high standard, to give a sense of light and space, and serviced by a high speed lift. Any of the floors can be partitioned to the client’s specifications.
